## Cancellation & Refund Terms

## 1. Scope of the right of withdrawal

Under article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, accommodation, transport, car rental, catering and leisure services to be performed **on a specific date or period** are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This does **not** mean bookings cannot be cancelled. Cancellation terms depend on the rate under which the booking was made.

## 2. Rate conditions

Every booking is subject to the conditions of the rate shown at the time of purchase:

- **Refundable rates** — allow free cancellation until the deadline stated in your order summary. After that, cancellation may be partly or fully chargeable under the rate rules.
- **Non-refundable rates** — offer a lower price in exchange for no cancellation right. This condition is shown clearly in the booking summary at the time of purchase.

For tours, cancellations close to departure may be subject to a deduction because capacity is committed.

## 3. How to request a cancellation

Send your request with your booking reference to [EKSİK: E-posta] or call [EKSİK: Telefon]. Your request is confirmed the same day.

## 4. Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are made **to the card used and in the same currency**. The refund is sent to the bank within **14 days at the latest** of the request being approved. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank (typically 2–10 business days).

## 5. If the service cannot be provided

Where the supplier cancels, in cases of overbooking, or in cases of force majeure, an equivalent alternative is offered; if you do not accept it, **the full amount** is refunded without deduction.

## 6. Complaints

If your request is not resolved you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
