## Marketing Consent Statement

Prepared under Turkish E-Commerce Law no. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

## What you are consenting to

Until the selling travel agency is determined, you consent to **YCF Digital — Mansur Sarı**, the platform operator of Turquoise Stays (https://turquoisestays.com), **temporarily** sending campaign, discount, new product and offer announcements to the **e-mail address and/or mobile number** you provided in the form, as commercial electronic messages.

Consent is given **per channel**: e-mail only, SMS only, or both, each separately.

Your consent is given only to the operator named above. When the selling travel agency is determined, your consent does not pass to the agency automatically; consent is requested again before messages can be sent on the agency's behalf.

## Consent is NOT required

Your request and order are processed in full whether or not you give this consent. Consent is not a condition of receiving the service and makes no difference to service quality.

## How to withdraw

- Using the **unsubscribe** link in every message, or the opt-out method stated in SMS messages,
- By e-mailing info@ycfdigital.com,
- Through **İYS (Message Management System)**: [iys.org.tr](https://iys.org.tr)

Sending stops immediately upon withdrawal. Your opt-out is recorded, as the burden of proof rests with the sender.

## What is recorded

To prove the validity of your consent we record the date and time, the channel, the version of this text you approved, your IP address and browser information. These records are reported to İYS.
