Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Turquoise Stays acts as platform operator; the party to this agreement is the SELLER.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the service ordered electronically by the BUYER through https://turquoisestays.com, described below.

3. General terms

  1. The BUYER confirms having read the Pre-Contractual Information covering the essential characteristics, tax-inclusive total price and performance date, and having given the required electronic confirmation.
  2. The amount shown in the order summary is the final tax-inclusive price payable.
  3. The service is performed on the date and with the characteristics stated in the order summary. Where a supplier-driven change is unavoidable, the SELLER informs the BUYER without delay and offers an equivalent alternative; if not accepted, the price is refunded.
  4. The booking voucher is e-mailed after payment confirmation and must be presented to receive the service.
  5. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The SELLER is not liable where the service cannot be used because of incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, accommodation, transport and leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Cancellation and change terms follow the rate rules set out in Cancellation & Refund Terms.

5. Personal data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes and on the legal grounds set out in the Privacy Notice.

6. Entry into force

By ticking the confirmation box on the order form, the BUYER accepts all provisions of this agreement. The agreement is concluded upon the SELLER's confirmation of the order and is provided to the BUYER on a durable medium.
